On the afternoon of 18th August 2023, Wenzhou Lingyu Import and Export Co., Ltd held a mid-year summary of 2023 in the fourth-floor conference room. During the meeting, we comprehensively summarized the completion of the first half of the work in 2023 to recognize the advance and find deficiencies. In that case, the company can effectively improve the level of marketing management, lay a good foundation for the second half of the work deployment, and promote the smooth realization of the annual work objectives.

With the arrival of Anlen TAN, the director, Damon LIU, the vice sales manager, presided over the meeting, and managers of every department reported on their work. During the meeting, reporters summarized works, problems, and achievements over the past six months and made plans for the future.

The meeting contains four parts.

In the first part, each manager summarized the work from January to July and planned for the next six months, targeting the company's project perfection, financial situation, sales, and other aspects. All participants listened carefully to the content of the report of each department. After the report, they ask questions and make suggestions for improvement of the relevant issues. According to the evaluation standard, every staff scored fairly and openly.

The second agenda was to reward the excellent team, including Administration Department, Documentation Department, and Finance Department. Hoping that they will continue to work hard in the second half of the year and colleagues who have not won any awards will strive to stand out next time. Employees from the two departments with the lowest ratings took turns to reflect on themselves and set new goals, directions, and motivation for the second half of 2023.

Finally, Anlen summarized the meeting by saying that the market is changing, and all members need to learn, take more action, innovate, broaden their thinking, and strive for another successful performance in the second half of the year.
